Ingredients
- 450g brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 
- 100ml water 
- 60g butter 
- Half a lemon 
Method
- Heat large pan over medium-high heat. 
- Add sprouts, water and butter, season to taste with salt. 
- Reduce heat, simmer for 8 minutes stirring occasionally until the water has evaporated and the sprouts are crisp and tender. 
- Continue to cook for approx. 6 minutes or till the sprouts are golden and tender. Don’t let them go mushy. 
- Plate up sprouts and add a squeeze of lemon. 
- Pairs well with fish and potato.
